P​artial Planning is great for those in between bride and grooms. This package offers a great start to getting you going with doing all the leg work to find you a venue. With so many connections I can easily get you started with the hardest part of all the decisions! If you already have a venue, not to worry, I can offer help in finding your vendors instead.

This package will help you save time and money while still be able to take a lead in planning your wedding hands on.

Whether you are just very recently engaged, or you’ve already booked a few vendors, we can help! Remember this is an enjoyable experience for you both

• Starting upon booking

• Unlimited email and phone access

• 3 Meetings (in person, phone or Skype depending on availability) plus the rehearsal

• Venue Site Tour

• Completing all research for venue or up to 3 vendors to present you, as well as contract review and booking
  the right vendor

• Finalizing all details and payments with all vendors

• Coordinating delivery of rentals and set up (if applicable)

• Creation of Theme & Design Board

• Budget Analysis for venue or 3 vendors

• Creation of Timeline and Management of Timeline

• Day of Management of Vendors & Coordination

• Work with venue/catering staff to execute timing

•  All Day coordination or up to 10 hours coordinating set up, reception and clean up

• Full Day coordination of set up, vendors setting up, set up of décor to include

• Champagne Flutes, Cake Knife & Server, Sign-in Book, Card Box, Seating Chart & Favors

• Access to our “Bridal Emergency Kit”

• Coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony and entire Reception (same location included)

• Clean up of items to be taken home and check off list of all items leaving the venue
